SEE SAW. 2008
Dialog – Satellit, Møllestien, Aarhus, Denmark
The photographic series SEE SAW is a story about cutting the world into pieces with a camera. A photographer is taking a photo of a person who is taking a photo. In this way two different photos occur with two different visual angles or points of view. During a journey to Ohio, USA 2007 Bodil Sohn photographed Else Ploug Isaksen who photographed what she saw. The exhibition points out, that even though we are observing carefully, we are always missing out parts.
