Off-Road 2010

Photographic prints with a church/camouflage motif folded into a bag/box

Off-Road. 2010
‘Print in Space – Space in Print’. Akademija, Belgrade, Serbia

Off-Road is a photographic series with motives from Serbia. The title refers to how motives – after processing and modification – may appear with new meanings. New roads open up or maybe you go off the road. Each work in the series consists of one or more photos, which – when folded – can become 3-dimensional bags or boxes. The individual bag/box is presented in the exhibition along with its 2-dimensional counterpart, a cutting-sheet with the same motive. The shelves are made from recycled cardboard collected in Belgrade, Serbia.

Participating artists: Birgitte Kristensen, Camilla Rasborg, Pernille Andersen
